The company will engage in but is not limited to the following areas regarding its Cell Buckle Products: design, develop, manufacture, distribute, and market. The company will offer two different types of products with each product having multiple uses.
- The Cell Buckle for the automotive industry (cars and trucks) holds a cell phone, global positioning system (GPS) or MP3 player (iPod) to the steering wheel of your vehicle.
- The Cell Buckle for motorcycles can hold those items to its handlebars. The Cell Buckle is multipurpose as well as multifunctional. It will hold your cell phone, GPS or iPod in a place where you know where it is at all times.
- In your car it will be right in front of you on your steering wheel and on your motorcycle it will be right in front of you on your handlebars. Its functional purpose for cell phone use is “hands free” talking.
- Your GPS will be located right in front of you so you do not have to take your eyes off of the road to see your directions. Your music can be played through the bluetooth system in your car with all of your songs at your fingertips.
- Motorcycle riders love the fact that they will be able to use the GPS on their smart phones and they will also be able to see if someone is trying to reach them by phone or text message. They can easily pull over to a safe place if they see that someone is trying to reach them during their ride.
